Refund and cancellation policy

This policy is part of the Terms of service.

Cancelling

There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Delete a resource and its meter stops within the hour. Close your account from the console and every resource is deleted and billing ends. Stopping a server keeps its disk and address and keeps billing; delete it, or snapshot it and delete it, to stop the charge.

Usage charges

Charges for resources that existed are earned and are not refunded, because the capacity was reserved for you. That includes servers, managed plans, databases, Kubernetes nodes, app instances, storage, load balancers and support plans, each charged for the hours it existed and never more than the monthly price. If we made a metering error, we correct it and credit the difference.

Prepaid credit

Credit you bought is refundable to the original payment method for 14 days after purchase, less any part already used. After 14 days, unused credit stays on your account and does not expire while the account is open; on request we refund it if the account is closed. Promotional or free credit is never refunded.

Our fault

If a Service failed to meet the Service Level Agreement, you receive service credit as that agreement describes. If a resource was unusable because of a fault on our side and the SLA does not cover it, tell support@progrid.sa within 30 days and we refund the hours it was unusable.

Duplicate or mistaken payments

A payment made twice, or an amount charged in error, is refunded in full once we confirm it. Write to support@progrid.sa with the invoice or payment reference.

Chargebacks

Contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback on a charge that was correct may lead to suspension until it is resolved.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go to the original payment method through our payment provider within 10 business days of approval. Refunds of amounts that included VAT are made with the VAT and a credit note is issued.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the E-commerce Law or other consumer protection rules of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
