How we work

Progrid Arabia is an engineering company. The people who design the platform also operate it and answer the tickets. We hire slowly, pay well, and expect ownership: a feature is yours from the first line of code to the day it is stable in production.

We work from Riyadh with remote days. Arabic and English are both working languages. Most of our stack is open source: Proxmox, Ceph, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, Go and Python.

Open roles

Roles are posted here as they open. At the moment we are looking for:

Platform engineer. Linux, virtualization, storage and networking. You have run Proxmox or KVM in production and can read a kernel trace without flinching.
Backend engineer. TypeScript on Node with PostgreSQL. You care about idempotency, metering that is correct to the halala, and APIs that agents can use safely.
Support engineer. You can fix a customer's problem, then fix the platform so it does not happen again. Arabic and English, written and spoken.
