One way to reach us

Progrid support is fully digital. There is no phone number and no call center. Every request, whether it is technical, commercial, billing, security or legal, comes through the same two doors:

1. Open a ticket from Support in the console. This is the fastest route. Tickets reach the engineers who run the platform, are tied to your account and resources, and keep the whole history in one place. Response targets depend on your support plan and are listed on the support page.
2. Email support@progrid.sa if you do not have an account yet or cannot sign in. Every email opens a ticket and gets a ticket number in the reply. Write from the email address on your account when the request concerns an existing account.

We answer within one business day at most, and usually much faster.

What to include

Tell us what you need in the first message so the right person picks it up:

• Technical: the resource id, the region, what you expected and what happened, and the time it happened.
• Sales, quotes and partnerships: the workload, the number of servers, and when you plan to move. Marketplace vendors, describe the app you want to list.
• Billing and refunds: the invoice number or payment reference.
• Security reports: the affected endpoint or resource and steps to reproduce. We acknowledge within one business day, keep you informed, and credit reporters who want to be credited. Please do not test against other customers' resources.
• Abuse reports: the Progrid address, timestamps and logs. Reports are read every day.
• Data protection: requests under the Personal Data Protection Law are handled by the same address, with identity confirmed before any data is released.
• Legal notices: send them to support@progrid.sa with "Legal notice" in the subject line.
